The masters and merchants request that the king's officers and ministers in Sandwich be commanded to suffer them to discharge their wool from their ships of Hull to smaller ships and to pass to Calais freely as the ships of Hull were forced to Sandwich by weather, their cargo is cocketed and they need to discharge their ships to save their wool and estate.
