Nature of request
Marins and Morif ask that their goods might be delivered to them or their attorneys, and that they might charge them on a ship to take them to London without paying further custom, if they find sufficient surety to answer any allegation. Their wine and iron was on a ship of Goes from La Rochelle when a storm drove the ship to Plymouth where a custom was demanded on their goods and the goods seized as the merchants and their goods were believed to be of the enemy.
