The bailiffs of Great Yarmouth ask that the protection granted to Simon Thurkild of Great Yarmouth, while he is at Calais in the King's service, in the company of Thomas Swynbourne, Captain of Calais castle, might be repealed, as he is still living in Great Yarmouth, and has been since the protection was granted, and as the protection was granted by collusion and deceit, in order to delay the King's customs officers and others who have actions against Simon.
