The petition asks that no writ of livery might be granted to the escheators of Warwickshire or Oxfordshire concerning the lands and goods formerly belonging to John de Beauchamp, because of the manor of Bubbenhall, which is held of the Earl of Stafford, who is under age and in the King's wardship.

CCR 1385-9, pp.627-628 is dated 22 November 1388, and states that John de Beauchamp was forfeited in the last parliament at Westminster - that of February 1388. Thomas de Stafford, Earl of Stafford did homage and received livery of his lands on 20 October 1390. The petition would seem to date from between these two dates.
