[This petition is damaged, and the latter part is missing.]Solomon Salmon states that he sued a writ of debt against Robert Dane before the Mayor and aldermen of London, and recovered his debt and damages; and Robert, to disturb his execution, has sued a writ of error, so that execution of Solomon's judgment has been halted. Robert, to delay the process further, has sued a commission to John Cassy, Hugh [Huls, and others to examine and correct the supposed error] . . ..
