Nicholas de Wynyngton states that he has wrongly and maliciously been indicted before the Steward and Marshal of the King's household of certain trespasses committed within the verge of the King's household - trespasses of which he has no knowledge. He asks that all the indictments might be sent before the King in his bench, so that he might answer for them as the common law demands.
