Robert, son and heir of Thomas de Bokyngham the elder, states that when his father was outlawed in a plea of debt at the suit of John Wedeye and Peter le Man, his lands and tenements were taken into the King's hand, and that the King has been answered for the profits of these lands and tenements since then, although Thomas died four years ago. He asks that he might have delivery of these lands and tenements.
