Nature of request
William Huddresfeld states that last Wednesday morning he was attacked and badly wounded by Philip Dumbeldon, who had been lying in wait for him; whereupon Philip was arrested and taken to the Marshalsea. William has sued against him for this trespass, but Philip is now seeking to obtain a protection to deprive him of his suit and recovery. He asks that no protection might be granted to Philip.
