The Mayor and constables of the staple at Westminster state that Robert Baroun was summoned to appear in court to answer to certain merchants of the staple concerning a debt; and that he appeared and was adjourned to the octave of Easter, finding pledges to appear on that date. However, he did not appear, and they request a remedy.
