William Hund of Zierikzee states that his ship is being held in Harwich by the commons of the town, who claim that customs have not been paid on the goods in it. Customs have been paid, as can be proved by the customs officers of Harwich, and by Richard Haverland and his lieutenants, and he therefore asks that they might be ordered to release his ship and allow it to depart.
