John Pykenham and Raulyn Knyghton, merchants of London, request a writ to the Mayor, Bailiffs and customs officers of Newcastle upon Tyne, to allow them to load several ships with coals, paying the customs due for this, to take it to Prussia in Eastland and bring back boards, tar and other merchandise to England.
