John and Beatrice le Peintour request justice because on St Mary Magdalene last Atteyate came to their house and assaulted John, nearly strangling him, until Beatrice appeared and released him from Atteyate's hands, and on Monday after St Peter ad vincula Atteyate came and assaulted Beatrice, beating and wounding her in many places and left her for dead, and Atteyate and his brother continually menace them.
