Trussel requests remedy because at the last Parliament at Winchester [1330] the King by his letter of the great seal restored to him his goods, chattels, lands and tenements seized into the King's hand because of his incursion to Bedford, by virtue of which letters he has sued in the King's court against Darcy and others who occupy his lands of Orwell, Glentworth, Thoresby and South Kelsey and who have taken and carried away his goods and chattels worth over £200, but he can have no remedy because the King granted the lands to Darcy by letters patent of the great seal which bear an earlier date than the petitioner's restoration.
