Caumond requests that whereas because of the war the French have occupied his lands and rents in Agenais and elsewhere worth over £1000 of Tournais petites yearly, that he may have compensation in the seneschalcy of Gascony.

The King has ordained that some great men with power to do the things which are suitable and profitable to him and his subjects be summoned quickly and he will order them to inform themselves in this matter and to do what is necessary and reasonable.
