Singelton requests:1) the land of his brother Henry, indicted for the death of Plumpton before Cressingham and his associates in Lancashire, which land was taken into the King's hand when Henry died in prison, because Henry was never attainted of the felony;2) that certain men be assigned to hear and determine this petition since Cressingham and his records are not in the county.
