Badlesmere, son and heir of Bartholomew de Badlesmere who was in dispute of Thomas, late Earl of Lancaster, requests that nothing be done to his prejudice concerning his inheritance while he is underage and the King's ward.

Dated on the guard to c. 1327, with reference to CPR 1327-30, p. 337, a 1328 inspeximus of the record and process of the annulment of the judgment against Bartholomew de Badlesmere in accordance with a petition presented by Giles, his son and heir, in Parliament in February 1327, and to CFR 1327-37, p. 20, a 1327 commitment of the wardship of Badlesmere's lands while the petitioner is a minor.
