- Dated on the guard to c. 1327, with reference to CPR 1327-30, p. 337, a 1328 inspeximus of the record and process of the annulment of the judgment against Bartholomew de Badlesmere in accordance with a petition presented by Giles, his son and heir, in Parliament in February 1327, and to CFR 1327-37, p. 20, a 1327 commitment of the wardship of Badlesmere's lands while the petitioner is a minor.
