Curiis requests that whereas the manor of La Gaumaria was taken into the King's hand because he and the abbot and convent of La Faise were in dispute over the possession and seisin of the manor, until Havering, with the parties' consent, gave the manor to Gaufrid until it was restored to the other parties, but while Curiis was in Bologna at the King's command, Havering gave possession and seisin to the abbot and convent, that the grant of the manor to the abbot and convent be annulled and that it be granted to the petitioner.
