Nature of request
Beauchamp requests that the King grant him three messuages in Cirencester and all the lands and tenements called Frankeleynes and Boulneynes in Down Ampney which were forfeited to the King when the abbot of Cirencester appropriated them without the King's licence, and also £40, with other goods and chattels, which pertain to the King by Morice's outlawry for various felonies at the King's suit, and all the goods and chattels of Sherman worth 20 marks and forfeited to the King when he escaped from the gaol of Cirencester.
