Bokishull requests that he not be disinherited by Etchingham, who wrongly distrained him for his plough beasts in land which he holds of him and drove them away, and Bokishull dares not make delivery by bailiff because he cannot find [surety] in the county against Etchingham and does not have the power to bring in outsiders.
