- The people of Lynn and the surrounding area request that whereas there is a great dearth of corn and other food because aliens from Zeeland, Brabant, Frisia and elsewhere take all manner of merchandises from the town, that the King order his bailiffs, as he has done previously, that this is a prohibited area, because when the aliens take victuals they cause as much damage as they can by sea and by land.
