Dammory requests that whereas Gloucester rendered account in the Exchequer for when he was escheator for the King and his father, saving his final year, that the King grant that after Gloucester's death his executors can find surety to render the account which is in arrears, and that the King will take any debts found to his heirs and tenants so that the executors can have free administration of his goods and chattels to perform his testament. He also requests letters under the great seal attesting this.
