- Cossyn requests:1) that whereas he is owed money for his wages, that the constable of Bordeaux be ordered to pay him from the issues of the Duchy or that he and the seneschal of Gascony be ordered to make him suitable assignment;2) that whereas since the war the King's enemies have taken lands and rents from him in the vill of Caudrot worth £700 of the money of Bordeaux, that the seneschal and constable investigate the matter and if they find that this was done to him that he may have other assignments in lieu.1)
