Walton, who is in the King's prison of Fleet, requests that whereas he was wrongly fined 55 marks before the mayor and sheriffs of Norwich by the false accusation of Ocle, which fine was then reversed and annulled in the King's Bench, but has had no remedy because he has no friends to provide surety, that the parties be brought before the chancellor, the entire matter examined, and justice done.
