Inquisitors against the Knights Templar.

Nature of request
The inquisitors against the Templars request that whereas the Pope ordered them to enquire into the Templars in the province of Canterbury, that the [King], chancellor, treasurer and others of his council assign to them whatever they require anywhere in London or elsewhere where the Templars who used to stay in the tower of London may be, and that they may have various rooms of royal authority guarded by guards chosen by the chancellor and treasurer.
