Seint Auban and Greenfield request due allowance or compensation for 100s. for a chantry of Ripon, £88 17s 5½d of a fifteenth granted to the King by the clergy of York and £100 for an aid of 12d on the mark granted to the King in the seventh year [1313-14], since after the archbishop's death the keepers of the temporalities of the archbishop on the King's behalf took goods and chattels ... so that the execution of the testament is in arrears and is now demanded by summons.

They should show in Chancery that they are executors and have a writ ordering the treasurer and barons etc. to view the keepers' accounts, if found, to see if as much is due as the bill purports, allowing to the executors what they owe to the King in the amount which is due to them.
