- The men of London request that whereas parties have pleaded various pleas before the sheriffs in their courts, in which after the plaintiff has made his demand the defendant purchases a writ to cause the process to be brought before the mayor or justices on a future day, on which day they allege error in the proceedings, that the plaintiff should have execution and indentures to the defendant to eloign his goods as in cases of debt, trespass or covenant.

- The mayor and sheriff of London should be ordered that in cases where the record is transmitted and execution of the first judgment superseded, the goods of the defendant should be recovered safely without any being removed, so that execution of the returned judgment can be made in the right way.
