Nature of request
Ive and Alard request that they may account for 100s. received from Husthwaite at Winchelsea to help fit out their ship at the beginning of the 23rd year of Edward's reign [1294], which ship had been appointed to cross to Brabant with the duchess but came to Orwell and failed to make the crossing. The petitioners' heirs were distrained by exchequer summons for the said 100s.

The treasurer and barons of the Exchequer should be ordered by writ of Chancery to examine the account and make allowance.
