Nature of request
[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Agmodesham requests that the tithes of fish that pertain to his church be rendered to him as the king takes all the tithes and there is nothing else to sustain him.2) He requests grace as the abbot of Fecamp exchanged the town of Winchelsea with the king for lands elsewhere, and the abbot holds the church to his own use, the tithes only excepted which are held to the use of the king.1)
