Nature of request
Surdeval requests a remedy as she has appealed in the matter of the plea of divorce between her and Frothingham to the court of Rome a sentence from the court of the official of York that she should live with him pending the plea, following which Frothingham or others in his name have obtained a caption. She requests the remedy as she is not obliged to live with Frothingham before the appeal.
Nature of endorsement
She should show in Chancery that she has appealed and is prosecuting it, and she should have there such remedy as is ordained in such cases.
