Nature of request
The people request remedy as they had rights to housebote and haybote and to assart in the woods but since Hope was granted to Earl Warenne he will not suffer them to have it.
Nature of endorsement
The prince of Wales should enquire on this by his council at his next coming to those parts and it should be maintained in the same state as it was during the time of the king and queen.
