Honeman and his wife request a remedy to punish Ispwich for the trespass in retaining the record and process by which Costyn impleaded the Lorkyns and deceitfully by collusion caused Honeman and his wife to lose their tenement in Ipswich, and they request that the record and process is brought to a place where the collusion is able to be found and tried.
