Latymer requests remedy and that his rent for the passage of Woolwich is . . . if it does not have the profits that pertain to it anciently of right as the abbot has raised a passage at Plumstead to the disinheritance of the king and to the great damage of the petitioner.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered to the justices assigned to hold the pleas of the king by writ containing the effect of the petition that they hear Latymer's complaint and call the abbot to explain this matter and they should do justice to the parties and the king and proceed to final discussion.
