- Mercadili requests that the seneschal of Gascony be commanded to cease his disturbance of the petitioner, and restore his goods to him if he is able to prove that he is not culpable of the deaths of Donodei and Calliaveto. His enemies have procured to have him falsely accused of the deaths of Donodei and Calliaveto near Agen in the jurisdiction of the king of France by the pretext of which his goods were seized.
