Nature of request
The fishermen request that they be granted that they can fish in the sea and carry their catch to England to sell in a specified market quit of paying the custom in the kingdom for each market for once in whatsoever place they shall sell them.
Nature of endorsement
Let the Cheyneys be ordered that they call people to enquire as to whether such customs were paid before the time of Grandison, and that they certify the king on this and of all the proceedings in Chancery, and let Grandison's bailiffs be called.
