- [Petition in three parts:]1) Rivau requests that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer be commanded by writ to pay him the remainder of the money due to Eymerit for his troubles and service to the king in his business. Eymerit died in the king's service at the parliament of Paris after serving the king all over Europe.2) He requests payment of his wages in coming and going to England for the rendering of account.3) He requests payment of his expenses.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to c. 1309 as there is a reference to the death of Pierre Eymerit on 25 April in the second year of what must have been Edward II's reign. It would seem likely that the petition was presented no more than a years or so later.
