[4 petitions by Mortenige:]1) Mortenige requests that the seneschal of the Saintonge be commanded to deliver the high justice that his ancestors held in Rioux of which his father was disseised.2) He requests that the seneschal of the Saintonge be commanded to deliver the 'basse vegerie' and high justice that his ancestors held in Sorluc of which his father was disseised.3) He requests that the seneschal of the Saintonge be commanded to deliver the 'basse vegerie' and high justice that his ancestors held in La Tonnelle of which his father was disseised.4) He requests that the seneschal of the Saintonge be commanded to deliver the 'basse vegerie' and high justice that his ancestors held in Saujon and Cognac of which his father was disseised.[6 petitions by different petitioners:]1) Mastace requests that all the possessions lost in the war be restored in accordance with what was ordained in the peace of the king.2) [Badly damaged] Request of . . . Arnold and Bertram Cernola, Pintella and Foulques . . . concerning a duel fought by Hugh . . .. They ask that the Seneschal of Perigord might be ordered to keep Hugh's pledges unharmed with his goods which have been taken into the King's hand.3) Lane requests a bailiwick . . . Oleron in restitution of the damages and losses caused by the vicomte de Orthe to his people and land while he was in the King's service.[Continued on dorse:]4) Lane requests restitution of his damages caused by the vicomte de Orthe to his men, lands and possessions, the lands and possessions of the vicomte being seized into the king's hand by the seneschal of Gascony, but having been subsequently restored.5) [Badly damaged] request by Trencaleon concerning his land in Marsan.6) [Badly damaged] request by Arnaldi apparently complaining that he is being prevented from carrying out building works on his property, and asking that this should be stopped.7) [Final request by Chazat, struck-through].
