The fishermen request that the ships and fishermen arrested at Yarmouth be acquitted and discharged as they will otherwise be ruined.
Nature of endorsement
12 November 8 [Henry IV] it was agreed by the council [named] that a writ under the great seal be made to the bailiffs of Yarmouth and to the warden of the passage in the port to de-arrest the mariners and ships and allow them to depart.
