- Barre requests that the chancellor be commanded to make several writs directed to the Bodenhams summoning them before the council so that Barre requests that they are able to have a remedy and redress of their injuries as they have ousted the Barres by force and arms from their lands, Isabel de Bodenham being maintained by her son so that the Barres can have no remedy by the common law because of the great rebellion and riots.
