Note
There is a mention of Arnold Raymond de Ballang in Roles Gascons, vol. II, no.1410, dated 25 April 1289, where there appear to be certain restrictions on his movements. He is mentioned again in a similar context in Roles Gascons, vol. III, no. 1963, dated 2 July 1291. This gives a rough context for dating this petition. The list of requests seems to be very similar to that in SC 8/273/13604: the two petitions are probably contemporary or nearly so.
