The mayors and commonalties request that the council in England be commanded to ordain a remedy for them as Robert Droupe and others loaded a ship of Spain called 'Seynt Marie de Castres' to go from Cork to Bordeaux and set their attorneys with the ship but on returning towards Cork the ship was attacked off Brittany and the attorneys and the cargo of wine were taken.
