- [Petition in 2 parts:]1) Moubray requests remedy as she has sued a writ of dower against Crepping for land in Belton, but she has been delayed from her dower because the Mowbray heir and the lands are in the keeping of different people and the justices do not wish to move to judgment.2) Moubray makes a similar request in her suit against Doget for land in Butterwick.
