[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Moubray requests remedy as she has sued a writ of dower against Crepping for land in Belton, but she has been delayed from her dower because the Mowbray heir and the lands are in the keeping of different people and the justices do not wish to move to judgment.2) Moubray makes a similar request in her suit against Doget for land in Butterwick.
Nature of endorsement
She should have a writ to the justices of the Bench that they bring the record of that plea into Chancery, and let the record be inspected and dower given to the petitioner if it be just.

The petition dates to 1299 as an extent was ordered of the Mowbray estates relating to the dower claims of the petitioner in January 1300 following a writ dating to 24 November 1299 (CIPM, vol. III, no.624).
