- Borir requests that letters be sent to the seneschal of Gascony and the constable of Bordeaux that the keeping of the castle of St Macaire be given to him with the bailiwick of the same to be held in the same manner that he held it at the time of the king's confirmation of his custody of the castle, he subsequently having been removed. He further requests that the custody can be entrusted to Chamberlain as before.

- The Petition is dated to? 1330 as William Chamberlain had been granted the custody of the castle of St Macaire by 6th May 4, Edw. III, though it is not entirely clear that this relates to this petition as no reference is made to the petitioner (C 61/42, m.8).
