Mortimer requests that it be commanded that sums which are still currently demanded from him for money given to him to pay for men-at-arms and for wages when he went to Gascony can be paid in instalments as when he returned from Gascony the king commanded that he pardoned these sums but they are still demanded.1)

Coram rege.2) The king pardons him both debts, and let a writ of Chancery be sent upon this to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, and a patent to Mortimer.
