[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Martyn requests that a justice of oyer and terminer be assigned concerning the death of Alice de Tygheford, for which certain people were indicted at the tourn of the sheriff.2) He requests a further oyer and terminer concerning those that imprisoned his valet until he had delivered all his lands and chattels to them without judgment, the justice of these things being Southcote and Staunton.
