- [Petition in 2 parts:]1) The commons request reinstatement in their previous position, and that they can elect a mayor as was previously customary. They also request reinstatement of their liberties which are eroded by foreigners who carry the profits of the city away.2) They request a grant of murage to repair the walls of the city.1)
