Nature of request
Esterling requests that the king do him grace concerning his abjuration, and that he can have his goods and chattels. He made abjuration because he was arrested by Marchant on the complaint of Lyhot, and while Marchant was taking him to prison a dispute arose between Marchant and Colford by which they killed each other as a consequence of which he fled.

The coroners of the islands are to be asked in writing to send the form and reason for the abjuration to the next parliament.
