Nature of request
The Dean and Chapter request that they are able to raise a church in the colonised wastes of Windsor Forest as these are outside any parish, and levy the tithes from the assarts made in the forest of Windsor, as these are withheld, and the same was granted to them and their church by the king's grandfather.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be remembered of the four acres near Easthampstead in the forest of Windsor towards the north, next to Estcote in the Fryth within the forest of Windsor.
