[Petition in 4 parts:]1) Botiller requests pardon of the debts due from him and his ancestors which amount to £3, 000 having regard for his losses in the king's service.2) Botiller requests that he be discharged of the accounts demanded from him in the Dublin Exchequer as he cannot render them without great harm as the lands were burnt by the Scots during the time of his ancestors.3) He requests grant of the honour of Tipperary for life as the same was granted to him for life but has been removed by order of the king without him making any default.4) He requests that he be granted the prise of wine in Ireland for his life, as he and his ancestors have taken it, but it was seized into the king's hand in the time of Lucy.

The petition dates to 1332 as the petitioner was granted respites of his debts on 10 May and 20 September 1332, the latter date corresponding with the writ formerly found enclosed with this petition, SC 8/271/13541.
