Description

Name(s)

King.
Nature of request
Gaillard Roselli states that when Guy Fere was Seneschal of Gascony the King gave his father jurisdiction over the parishes of Illats, Lasas, Guillos, Hostens, Birac, and St Michel de Rieufret, provided that they did not exceed the value of £100 of Bigorre. An inquiry was not held in his time, but afterwards when Gilbert Peche was seneschal, one was held by Giraud Lamberti and Bernard de Ladrens. Gaillard asks that this might be examined by some good man, and that the King might send his letters to the Seneschal to give him the jurisdiction.

He is to show his letters, and afterwards let what ought to be done be done.
