Nature of request
Bentele and the other poor people of Yorkshire request that they be pardoned in the same manner as Shirbourn as they and Shirbourn and others were put on inquisition but each has been returned at £11 when they do not have sufficient lands by which they ought to be put on juries or assizes, and they are so impoverished by tallages and charges.
